Position Summary AIM Business School is looking for a motivated and organised Student Acquisition and Admissions Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of the new sales team and contribute to improved sales performance. In this role you will refine sales processes, support the implementation of tools and systems (including Salesforce), and help ensure the team is equipped to meet their goals. Working closely with senior sales leaders, you will contribute to planning activities, deliver ongoing training, support basic reporting and analysis, and help drive team productivity. A key part of your role will be to coach and support individual team members—providing guidance, helping them adopt best practices, and contributing to a positive and high‑performing team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 8‑10 individual contributors, fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and high performance. Take a coaching‑led approach to leadership, supporting team members in achieving both individual and team targets. Monitor daily performance metrics (e.g., calls, conversions, follow‑ups) and provide real‑time coaching to optimise productivity and outcomes. Conduct regular 1:1s and team huddles to provide support, address blockers, and reinforce sales best‑practice approaches. Ensure consistent use of Salesforce, accurate data entry, adherence to workflow, and alignment with the full sales process. Ensure all activities are accurately documented and compliant with internal sales processes and regulatory standards. Work with the Head of Sales to identify new sales opportunities, including greater use of additional sales channels such as email and SMS. Meet individual and team sales targets. Answer inbound calls professionally and timely when required, processing sales/bookings. Make outbound calls from leads generated by ABS to engage with potential students, ensuring business/sales viability. Support the development of team and individual performance targets in alignment with organisational goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess individual performance, including call volumes, conversion rates, student retention, and attrition. Deliver structured onboarding and continuous improvement training programs for sales team members to ensure quick ramp‑up and consistent performance. About You 2‑4 years as a sales leader with robust understanding of phone and email‑based sales management. Proven experience in high‑volume B2C telesales environments. Solid understanding of call centre operations, sales scripts, and objection handling. Experience in one‑on‑one coaching, performance feedback, and training staff to improve skills and productivity. Competence in using Salesforce and telephony solutions. Confidence in sales reporting to analyse key performance metrics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage escalations or sensitive customer situations. Experience in motivating teams to meet daily and monthly sales targets. What We Offer Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training.
