Position Summary Reporting to the Head of Global Cloud Application Services, you will be responsible for providing subject‑matter expertise across the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and the suite of applications to ensure seamless delivery execution of SAP CAS for BTP Operations activities. Responsibilities Serve as a SAP BTP and Integrations Senior Consultant within the SAP Cloud Application Services team. Accountable for the delivery of cloud technical services for SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Build and SAP Integration Suite. Create and administer cloud delivery processes, standard operating procedures and operational work instructions to simplify and streamline service delivery. Maintain and uplift the SAP CAS portfolio for SAP cloud applications with sovereign capabilities by reviewing, testing and sharing feedback on service catalogues. Support the business as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert for SAP CAS for BTP Operations opportunities. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts for relevant SAP cloud solutions and associated SAP Sovereign Services & Delivery professionals from strategy, portfolio, engineering and delivery teams. Demonstrate good security practices and a positive security culture in action. Collaborate with internal and external delivery teams including quality assurance. Continuously upskill, participating in and leading solutioning activities for new and existing SAP BTP related activities. Act as a trusted integration point between CAS and SAP solution/product areas and provide hands‑on support for customer incidents and requests. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant SAP BTP experience. Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud portfolio and offer with experience in global delivery execution. Customer‑first mindset and willingness to support customers in holistic long‑term engagements as a trusted advisor. Strong methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking. Organizational talent and team player with the ability to extend trusted relationships with additional key stakeholders on top of a well‑established internal and external network. Fluent in English spoken and written. Result‑driven, persistence, self‑motivation, and willingness to work under pressure. Ability to communicate at C‑ / Executive‑level (with high attention to detail). Willingness to take on call duty / weekend tasks. ITIL certification or demonstrated experience working within an ITIL framework. Technical Skills Hands‑on administration and configuration experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Expert knowledge of SAP BTP administration aspects (global/subaccount administration, connectivity, trust configuration, cloud connector, role collection administration). Strong experience in at least one core platform capability: SAP Integration Suite (SAP Cloud Integration, SAP API Management, Event Mesh), SAP Cloud Identity Services (Authentication, Provisioning, Application Configuration), Data Management & Analytics (SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud), SAP Build (Work Zone Standard & Advanced Edition, Process Automation). Knowledge in one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, ABAP) is desirable. Understanding of systems and infrastructure engineering (such as network technologies) is desirable.
