We’re now looking for a Sales Associate to join Team Bishop & Marshall , a high performing, energetic team who love what they do and are committed to creating outstanding client experiences. About the Role This full time position is ideal for someone organised, reliable, and ready to build a successful career in real estate. You’ll work closely with our experienced agents, supporting them in all aspects of sales, client service, prospecting, administration, and sales coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will include: Delivering six star client service across every touchpoint. Preparing listing documents, proposals, marketing materials, and vendor updates. Managing property marketing campaigns, including proofing photos, floor plans, and copy. Coordinating advertising, signage, and online listings. Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our CRM systems. Prospecting as directed by the lead agents, including assisting with lead generation, database management, and prospecting campaigns to build client connections. Coordinating and attending inspections, including buyer appointments, open homes, pest and building inspections, photography sessions, and pre settlement checks. Supporting auctions, assisting with on site setup, buyer registration, and the post auction processes. Providing professional communication and assistance to clients, buyers, and suppliers. Assisting with sales administration, contracts, and campaign coordination. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow their career with a trusted and respected team. You’ll ideally have: Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience in real estate, sales, or admin support (preferred but not essential). Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Confident communication and a positive, can do attitude. A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. Why Join McGrath Northern Rivers?
