The Role We are looking for a highly‑organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, who can work well under pressure. This full‑time support role reports to the Head of People & Culture and covers a broad range of administrative tasks. Duties Creating new and existing staff employment contracts from templated documents Managing general HR administration for staff, including onboarding, exiting, promotions, and staff file management Conducting new staff induction presentations Coordinating performance reviews, staff catch‑ups, work‑experience schedules and internal training on behalf of the Head of People & Culture Ensuring all HR employee and contractor files are up‑to‑date and compliant Conducting audits on staff files, contracts, first‑aid records, leave entitlements Updating organisation charts and employee data records Coordinating annual leave across the business and maintaining the staffing calendar Liaising with payroll updates and changes, including chasing payroll information from staff and agents Submitting police checks for all prospective candidates starting within the business Coordinating updates on office floor plans and phone lists Scanning and saving all documents and ensuring accurate filing Attending compulsory weekly meetings with the HR team and monthly company meetings Assisting with overflow recruitment administrative tasks when requested Qualifications Experience with compliance, contracts or legal document management preferred Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills Impeccable verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role Confidence – professional and friendly, not rude or abrupt Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong time‑management and follow‑up skills Ability to thrive within a professional and fast‑paced environment Presentable and professional with strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information If this sounds like the role for you and you have the passion to succeed, please contact Nicci Hart at immediately for a confidential discussion.
