Your New Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Vietnamese‑speaking professional who wants to build their skills and gain hands‑on experience in the finance and mortgage industry. As our Broker Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in keeping the business running smoothly and ensuring clients have a seamless experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Welcome and support clients in both English and Vietnamese, making sure they feel valued and informed. Manage the broker’s schedule and keep things running efficiently day‑to‑day. Follow up on client documentation and applications, ensuring every step of the process is completed accurately. Coordinate communication between clients, lenders, and brokers. Handle incoming leads and emails, ensuring quick and professional responses. What We’re Looking For Fluent in Vietnamese and English 1+ years customer service experience in professional services industry highly regarded Friendly, professional, and eager to learn Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills Confident using technology and learning new systems Why Join Us?
