We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Broker Assistant (analyst) to join our team. This is the ideal pathway to build on your existing knowledge and progress into a mortgage broker role in the following years. In this role, you will work alongside a Senior Mortgage Broker, leveraging your lending experience and deep understanding of lender policies to provide tailored, effective finance solutions for our clients. Job perks include: Recognition for your efforts and achievements Ongoing training and development to grow your skillset Significant bonus potential based on performance Clear career progression and a pathway to become a Mortgage Broker Job Responsibilities: End-to-end loan processing from lead through to formal approval Researching lender products and policies to find the right fit Analysing and verifying client financials Supporting the broker with valuations, scenarios, pricing, and serviceability Proactive client communication and follow-up Managing new and existing deal flow Ensuring accurate loan packaging and compliance Supporting other team members as needed What we’re searching for: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a credit role (brokerage) Strong knowledge of lender policies and submission criteria High level of professionalism and integrity Proactive and client-first mindset Highly organised, with exceptional time management and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy A strong team player with a collaborative spirit Someone who truly aligns with our values and is passionate about making a difference If you're driven, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your career in a supportive and high-performing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
