We are seeking a part-time Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team at NFIS Pty Ltd in Armadale, WA. In this role, you will be providing crucial support to our experienced mortgage brokers, helping clients navigate the home loan process and achieve their financial goals. What you'll be doing Assisting mortgage brokers with client meetings, providing exceptional customer service Gathering and organising client documentation required for loan applications Preparing loan proposals and submitting applications to lenders Liaising with lenders and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth loan process Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client records Staying up-to-date with changes in the mortgage industry and lending landscape What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the banking or finance sector Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders Working knowledge of mortgage products and the loan application process Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) tools A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure What we offer At NFIS Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
