Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to clinical assessments, documentation, and patient comfort. Key responsibilities will be to: Observe, monitor and report changes in patient condition Provide care aligned with the individualised plan and within scope Assist patients with comfort, mobility and daily activities as needed Maintain thorough, accurate and timely clinical records Uphold all NSW Health and WSLHD protocols, including hygiene, safety and complaint resolution Ready to Make a Difference?
