We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Ultra Tune Currimundi. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the day‑to‑day operations of our busy automotive workshop. This full‑time position is located in Currimundi, Queensland. What You’ll Be Doing Greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and providing professional advice. Booking in customer vehicles for scheduled maintenance and repairs. Liaising with our qualified technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of work. Communicating with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and managing their expectations. Handling customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner. Ensuring all workshop documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Promoting and selling additional services and products to customers. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using automotive software and computer systems. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles.
