We’re looking for a Project Contract Manager to work with our client Main Roads WA, located in Albany , on a fixed term contract until June 2026. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Manage the development and delivery components of the planned FY25/26 & FY26/27 Regional Road Safety Improvement Projects (RRSP) and other Minor works related packages in liaison with Network Operations and Delivery team Set up RRSP and Minor works projects in EPM and report on a monthly basis in terms of progress, etc Manage the contract administration and delivery of Packages of Work, including Minor Works Contracts and/or other contract types Manage financial reporting and performance of projects Compile Contract Documentation for delivery under the Statewide Road Construction Panel Contract (SRCPC) and GSR’s Minor Works Panel Contract Undertake the role of Superintendents Representative for delivery of works under the SRCPC and/or and GSR’s Minor Works Panel Contract Assist in delivery of above-mentioned projects in terms of above-mentioned contracting mechanisms Develop benchmark estimates for above-mentioned packages of work Plan FY25/26 and 26/27 delivery schedules in close liaison with GSR’s Delivery Manager What you will bring to the team: Project Management and Road construction Contract management (AS2124 & Minor Works Contracts) Quality, Safety and Environmental Contract Management Basic Worksite Traffic Management White Card - Work Safely in the Construction Industry Interested?
