With a vibrant community, major brand collaborations, and an exciting new Korean/Australian skincare line (Skimchi) launching this year, we’re ready to scale and we’re searching for a creative, out‑of‑the‑box Social Media Manager to help lead the charge. About the Role Locations: Neutral Bay Office + Bondi Junction Clinic This is a full‑time role (5 days per week) working between our Neutral Bay office and Bondi Junction clinic, including at least 2 days per week working directly with the founder in Neutral Bay. If you’re obsessed with TikTok, Instagram, content creation, trend‑spotting, and storytelling, this is for you. We’d Love to Hear From You If You: Have a minimum of 2 years experience in social media or content creation Have a standout creative eye and love bringing bold ideas to life Thrive in a fun, collaborative, high‑energy environment Are confident both behind the camera and in front of it Love planning, shooting, editing, and producing content with the founder and team Can support influencer collaborations, UGC coordination, and PR opportunities Have strong organisational skills and can juggle multiple projects at once Understand social analytics and can use insights to improve performance Stay up‑to‑date with trends, platform updates, and the evolving beauty content landscape Are confident writing captions, scripts, and social storytelling Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Social Media Management (Fayshell + Skimchi) Leading content strategy across TikTok, Instagram and more Creating fun, creative, disruptive content that aligns with our bold brand voice Managing content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement Skimchi Brand Launch Support Work closely with the founder to create and execute the full Skimchi brand launch Run the Skimchi social channels, including strategy, planning, content creation and posting Shoot and edit educational, aesthetic, lifestyle and trend‑driven content for Skimchi Influencers, PR & Brand Collabs Assisting with influencer outreach, gifting and UGC coordination Supporting PR opportunities, media engagement, and content creation Working on creative campaigns with iconic brands (Think; Magnum, Laneige, Nimble) Perks & Benefits: Complimentary treatments & discounted skincare Opportunities to work with major brands and creators Ongoing training and creative development Fun team events, creative workshops, and a supportive culture Clear career progression in a fast‑growing business Prime work locations in Neutral Bay and Bondi Junction
