Digital & Technology (D&T) Business Partner - St Vincent's Private Hospitals

to join our D&T Team in St Vincent's Health Australia (SVHA) to influence and drive the planning, delivery and performance of D&T services for St Vincent's Private Hospitals.

Reporting to the National Director of D&T Business Partnering and the St Vincent's Private Hospitals CEO, you will use your creativity and expertise to ensure that D&T successfully enables the strategic intent, clinical care and operations of St Vincent's Private Hospitals in alignment with the SVHA Strategy 2030 and the SVHA Mission more broadly.

Seeking an enthusiastic, resilient people person who can communicate easily with stakeholders of varying levels of technical knowledge and capability. You will have exceptional client management skills to work closely alongside senior stakeholders within our D&T and Private Hospital teams.

Key responsibilities of the role:Partner with stakeholders and staff to provide insights and direction on D&T capability requirements to support delivery of the St Vincent's Private Hospitals roadmapOversee the planning, budgeting, design and delivery of technology applications, devices, infrastructure, architecture and D&T support model to meet customer experience targetsProactively drive delivery of the project pipeline in partnership with stakeholders, including project prioritisation, design, business casing, funding, governance, resource allocation, implementation, risk management and performance measurementLead, develop and manage the engagement process between D&T, Private Hospitals, Visiting Medical Officers, executives and staff, and facilitate a constructive teaming cultureAid as the 'front door' to D&T services as well as the key escalation point for critical (P1) and severe (P2) D&T incidents impacting Private Hospitals.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participation in Private Hospitals accreditation & risk management activities, ensuring compliance across relevant standards and legislationThings that work for us:Significant experience in technology strategy, architecture, planning and deliveryD&T knowledge and experience within the Healthcare industry, including Tier 1 EMR systems experienceStrong client management experience with advanced influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution capabilitiesTertiary qualifications, preferably at post graduate level in IT, Commerce, Management and/ or Business or a related area, or recognised relevant industry certificationsAccreditation and Qualifications in Project, Program and Portfolio Management (e.g. MSP, P3O, PRINCE2 and Agile) and ITIL Certification (or equivalent)Possessing a clinical background would be an advantageAbility to work Full Time, 3-4 days per week onsite and be flexible to travel and work outside of business hours when needed for critical incident managementCurrent 2024 Flu Vaccine (or willingness to receive) and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations - mandatoryThings that work for you:Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its serviceOpportunity to be part of a dynamic leadership teamCompetitive salary packaging optionsDiscounted private health insuranceEmployee Assistance Program for staff and their familiesAccess to the Fitness Passport (FP)Why become part of St Vincent's Health Australia
