About the role
The Senior Implementation Consultant takes part in all stages of the implementation life-cycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support), under the direction of the Delivery Manager. The role with be a mix of BA/Consulting activities as well as and technical configuration of the system, either through the bespoke tooling and/or custom scripts in groovy.
Project responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, configuring the solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting, and managing customer expectations, providing guidance, identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager.
The client is looking for ambitious Implementation Consultants who want to step up in their career, be it through growing their technical capacity, management or focusing on Delivery going down the Delivery Management route, there are multiple career opportunities for the fight person.
To be considered for the role;Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePrevious customer facing implementation/configuration experienceDocument and validate customer’s business requirementsConfigure the application to meet the customer’s documented business requirementsAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesAbility to work with configuration tools working with complex data models, financial calculations and business rules/workflowsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with large/complex software platformsBe comfortable with technology, not afraid to use scripts / SQL or similarAs a Senior, you will be comfortable working independently, also, working closely with the Delivery Manager you will assist them in their activities from leading small projects, teams, estimations and more.

This will assist the Project Manager by handling day to day requirements.
