Marketing and Sales Coordinator

About the role As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Business Manager of one of our divisions to support the sales team across a range of marketing and commercial functions. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to put their skills into practice and further develop their career. The role is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the potential to extend. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing initiatives to support business objectives Develop promotional materials including brochures, flyers, and digital content Manage social media channels and create engaging content to grow reach and drive engagement Assist in organising events, trade shows, and product launches Support lead generation and qualification activities Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and supporting documents Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate reporting and insights Provide administrative support to the sales team Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and compile insights for improvement Qualifications / Experience Qualifications or experience in a marketing role Experience using graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud) Understanding of marketing automation tools, CMS, and CRM platforms Familiarity with Google Analytics Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills Australian work rights are required for this position What we offer Work within a proudly Australian, family‑owned manufacturing business A supportive and collaborative team passionate about marketing and sales growth High autonomy, work–life balance, and opportunities to develop your skill set If this opportunity excites you but you don't tick every box, we still encourage you to get in touch.
