Brewery Sales Coordinator

Join our team as a Brewery Sales Coordinator at MaltNHops Brewhaus, a dynamic and growing craft brewery in Beresfield, NSW. As a full‑time Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all sales‑related activities to support our expanding customer base and drive revenue growth. What you’ll be doing Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, including publicans, bottle shop owners, and restaurateurs Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local and regional markets Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery logistics to ensure timely and accurate order processing Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns Develop and implementation of sales and marketing strategies including content creation, Meta and TikTok marketing campaigns, EDM campaigns, POS tools for venues Maintain and update e‑commerce platform Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales and supply Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels Attend trade shows, festivals, and other industry events to promote the MaltNHops brand What we’re looking for Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Familiarity with the craft beer industry and an understanding of sales and distribution processes A keen interest in the craft beer industry and the ability to speak passionately about our products A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel within the local and regional areas as needed Familiarity with electronic marketing channels, e‑commerce and content creation What we offer At MaltNHops, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
