Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is the largest paediatric health care entity in Australia. What you'll be doing The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of the highest quality care to the newborn, infant and paediatric patient and their families. The role requires participation in all types of retrievals (statewide, interstate and some international) including nurse led retrievals in all modes of transport. Additional responsibilities include undertaking relevant safety training, clinical coordination, completion of organization specific mandatory training and tertiary clinical placements to assist with advanced techniques that will enhance skill development. About You Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Recent clinical experience in neonatal and/or paediatric intensive care or a retrieval service that transported acutely ill neonates and children. Extensive experience in managing a critically ill ventilated neonatal or paediatric patient.
