We’re seeking a contract facilitator to deliver our flagship Making Respect Real program. You do not need DEI subject matter expertise. What matters most is that you are world‑class at facilitation – dynamic, human, down‑to‑earth, and able to connect with people quickly and authentically. You’ll be working with mixed groups across heavy industry, so you know how to engage audiences who value realness, practicality and directness. This role is Sydney‑based with some interstate travel. Sessions are a mix of co‑facilitated and solo delivery. What you’ll bring: Exceptional facilitation capability – you can read a room instantly, hold attention, challenge respectfully, and move people toward practical behaviour change (an exceptional level of presence and impact). Experience working with or delivering to heavy industry audiences (construction highly regarded). A modern, fresh, grounded style that builds trust and gets people genuinely leaning in. The ability to turn concepts into relatable, real‑life examples and stories that cut through. Excellent relationship‑building skills, engaging confidently at all levels.
