About the Role As a key member of our hospital management team you’ll be responsible for all medical services – overseeing clinical governance, workforce strategy, operational excellence and education. You’ll collaborate with specialists, VMOs and hospital leaders to elevate care standards and shape the future of our hospital. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire medical teams to deliver best‑practice care Oversee credentialing, clinical performance and strategic planning Drive workforce development, succession planning and retention strategies Champion continuous improvement, safety and compliance Foster partnerships with universities, colleges and funding bodies Promote a culture of education, innovation and collaboration What We’re Looking For AHPRA registration and relevant professional college membership Proven leadership in medical management Strong communication, strategic planning and resource management skills Passion for education, clinical excellence and transformational leadership Experience facilitating college accreditation and supervising doctors in training Desirable: Management qualifications and experience in private healthcare Why Ramsay An extensive benefits package that recognises and rewards your valuable contributions while supporting your overall well‑being.
