Your New Role As a Senior Global Mobility Specialist, you will be both a strategic advisor and an operational expert, enabling cross‑border talent movement while ensuring compliance with tax, immigration, and employment laws. You’ll deliver a consistent and exceptional experience for employees, managers, and stakeholders throughout the mobility lifecycle. You will collaborate with global stakeholders – including HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners – with a focus on policy compliance, process improvement, and employee experience. You will join a collaborative team led by our Head of Global Mobility. Our Global Mobility team serves as a global advisory and enabling function with four team members based in Copenhagen and Delhi. While we work collaboratively, you will also manage cases independently. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advisory services to HR, managers, and employees on all global mobility‑related matters, ensuring adherence to international and local regulations. Manage complex cross‑border cases independently, including salary calculations, cost projections, and compliance risk assessments. Lead and participate in specialized projects focused on automation, process improvement, policy review and development, and program innovation. Oversee relationships with global mobility vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring. Track and analyze key mobility metrics, preparing reports and dashboards for senior management. Coach and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment. About You 6+ years of experience in global mobility; a combination of Big 4 and in‑house global mobility experience is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and a solution mindset; comfortable with data, dashboards, and cost modelling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and functions. Experience leveraging AI tools for process automation or data analysis. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
