Aequalis Consulting is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading infrastructure firm in Sydney. Key Responsibilities Oversee the negotiation, management, and execution of contracts related to renewable energy projects. Provide strategic advice to project teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with commercial and project objectives. Manage contract compliance, including addressing variations, claims, and risk management. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of renewable energy projects. Lead efforts to optimize contract performance and maximize project value. Qualifications Extensive experience in commercial management, ideally within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. Strong background in contract negotiation and management, with a focus on maximizing value and mitigating risks. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
