Commercial Manager – Allied Health Warrior (Optimum Health Solutions) We are now seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager who brings both senior clinical expertise and commercial acumen to help grow AHW’s national impact. Why This Role? This is a rare hybrid opportunity for a senior allied health clinician who is ready to step into commercial strategy, business development and product growth while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload of 15 billable hours per week. The clinical component ensures you stay connected to the needs, challenges and realities of the practitioners AHW serves. Over time, there is potential to transition further into pure commercial leadership as the business scales. Your Impact Commercial & Business Development (Primary Focus) Leading commercial strategy across memberships, courses, workshops and bundled programs Identifying new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships Driving B2B growth through engagement with clinics, teams and corporate partners Working closely with founders and content developers to innovate and optimise AHW products Supporting the design and execution of new commercial initiatives, events and campaigns Using data insights to refine pricing, packaging and customer experience Representing AHW at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities Clinical Delivery (15 hours per week) Holding a billable clinical caseload of approximately 15 hours per week Providing high quality, evidence-based care aligned with your discipline Maintaining professional standards and contributing clinical insights for AHW content and product development Ensuring your clinical expertise informs commercial decision making About You Tertiary qualification and full registration in an allied health discipline such as Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Positive Behaviour Support or Speech Pathology. 5+ years clinical experience with demonstrated seniority in previous positions Strong commercial interest; experience in BD, partnerships, team leadership, product or business operations is required Excellent communication and relationship building skills Ability to balance clinical delivery with strategic and commercial priorities A growth mindset and passion for elevating the allied health sector Confidence working in a fast growing, dynamic organisation What We Offer $120,000 + Super Attractive incentive program linked to AHW revenue growth over time Hybrid working arrangements Opportunity to step into senior commercial leadership within a growing national platform Direct influence over product development, partnerships and organisational strategy A supportive, mission driven team committed to improving the industry Long term pathway to transition into full commercial leadership How To Apply Apply now with your CV and a short cover letter outlining: Your clinical background Your interest and experience in commercial or BD work Why this hybrid opportunity aligns with your long-term career goals Your comfort level with maintaining a 15-hour weekly caseload Apply now or contact Emily at or call to enquire about this opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
