Commercial Manager – I-MED Radiology Network Join to apply for the Commercial Manager role at I-MED Radiology Network. About the Role As Commercial Manager, you'll play a key role in I-MED's Commercial and Finance Teams, driving revenue performance through end-to-end management of pricing, billing, and revenue assurance initiatives. This role focuses on both front-end and back-end processes, combining practical, hands‑on delivery with commercial insight to shape initiatives that make a real impact. What You'll Do Drive national pricing and billing initiatives to optimise revenue performance. Oversee revenue assurance across clinic operations, ensuring compliance with pricing and billing policies. Manage the accuracy of price lists, billing systems, and key contract billing. Lead the Accounts Receivable function, embedding technology and innovation to improve process efficiency and collections. Provide commercial insights to the National Billing Committee and contribute to the development of national pricing frameworks and policies. Monitor, review and report on team and business performance, implementing action plans to address trends or risks. Lead and coach and develop the Revenue teams to deliver excellence and foster a positive, results‑driven culture. Collaborate with business unit operations teams to develop and enhance pricing strategies. You'll Bring A postgraduate qualification in business, commerce, or a related field, with evidence of ongoing professional development. Demonstrated experience in a commercial leadership role within a medium‑to‑large organisation, with a strong track record in revenue optimisation and a strong commercial and operational acumen, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and performance improvement. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Proven ability to drive innovation and process improvement. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a focus on results and accountability. Why Join I-MED?
