Senior / Project Manager – Client Side – High Rise Residential Director - Australia at Amida Recruitment Ltd Boutique Project Management consultancy with great pipeline of projects Ideally having delivered High Rise Residential projects prior circa $100m to $200m+ Great culture, excellent progression opportunities, working closely with a Director Candidates can come from Head Contractor or Client/Consultancy Side but ideally will have some client/consultancy side experience. Ideally experience in high rise residential circa $100m to $200m+. Our client is a boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline of Hospitality, High Rise Residential and Commercial projects across new build as well as fit out / refurbishment up to $100m+. They are now looking for an experienced Senior / Project Manager to join their successful team based in their Brisbane office. You will be working alongside one of the Directors as a 2IC on a large-scale high rise residential and mixed‑use project. Having experience in high rise residential and mixed‑use projects circa $100m to $200m+ would be beneficial. The candidate can come from a head contractor or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience. Excellent progression opportunities available as well as being mentored by one of the Directors. Reporting to QLDDirector Responsibilities include but not limited to: Managing regulatory approvals Design co-ordination Stakeholder management and liaison Health and safety Program management Contract administration Construction management and superintendent of project delivery Management of site variations and design changes Cost management Qualifications and Requirements: Degree qualification in civil engineering, construction management, project management or similar A minimum of 5-10+ years’ experience in a client side PM role, head contractor experience would also be ideal Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths Ideally experience of end to end project management on high rise residential projects This is a permanent full time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.
