From our bustling sports bar and pool room to our sun‑drenched beer garden, we are the go‑to destination for live sports and classic pub hospitality. We are looking for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our loyal North Perth regulars. If you’re ready to drive the success of a true community landmark, we want to hear from you Salary: $76,600 + super + bonus A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of their crew Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift Inherent Requirements This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. About You You’ve been around the bar and bistro block, and maybe already done some supervising You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away You’ve got a current RSA and Approved Manager card as per WA state requirements The Benefits Are Good Too Grow your career within ALH Hotels and the wider Endeavour Group network.
