Civil Supervisor With a growing pipeline of complex civil and deconstruction projects, DEMEX is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our high performing team. You’ll take ownership of key site operations, lead with confidence, and play a crucial role in delivering safe, timely, and budget aligned outcomes across varied project scopes. As a site leader, you’ll work closely with Project Engineers, Safety Advisors, and Operations Management to ensure site activity runs efficiently and safely. In this role, you will be responsible for : Supervising and coordinating site crews to deliver civil scopes in line with project plans Monitoring site activity to ensure safety, compliance, and productivity Communicating clearly with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Providing hands‑on leadership, proactively resolving onsite issues Supporting quality control, reporting, and continuous improvement across projects The ideal candidate will have : Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction, demolition, or related sectors Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and industry best practices Relevant industry tickets (e.g. White Card, First Aid, Traffic Control, etc).
