Baseline Civil Group Pty Ltd – Chirnside Park VIC Baseline Civil Group is a commercial civil and sports construction company, based in Chirnside Park, in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. We undertake a wide range of commercial projects including: Retail Education Sports Field Construction Defence These projects are located throughout metropolitan Melbourne. Our clients are generally either commercial builders or councils. Our civil scope of works will typically involve: Excavation Subgrade preparation Concreting Kerbs Retaining Walls Sports Surfacing About the position We are looking for an experienced civil supervisor. The successful candidate will be an experienced, competent and confident supervisor, who will communicate directly with clients while delegating with on site staff and with the company directors to discuss the task at hand, site progress and programme, safety, quality, documentation and any other matters. You will have the support and backing of the company directors, who are actively involved in day to day operations of the business and will be on site periodically and as required to help and work with you. Strong communication skills, ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks effectively will be highly regarded. Technical Experience Experience/qualification undertaking any of the following tasks will be favourable: Operating excavators, positracks and rollers Civil stormwater including pipe, pits and lids/grates Laying crushed rock pavement base/sub base Experience with setout & level control Concreting Earthworks Acrylic surfacing Skills Required The below skills will be required for the job: Present well to client, wear company branded attire High quality workmanship Construction industry white or red card Able to follow instructions Strong work ethic & ability to self motivate Flexibility with work hours to work overtime when required Please forward resume and cover letter to *******@baselinecg.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
