About the role Join the team at Eagle Earthworx as a full-time Civil Site Supervisor in Sydney, NSW. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and completion of civil construction projects, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. What you’ll be doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of construction workers, equipment operators and subcontractors on site. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality work. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to increase productivity and efficiency. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and promote a strong safety culture on site. What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar construction management role. Strong understanding of civil construction methods, equipment, and safety requirements. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents. Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders. Proficient in using construction‑related software and technology. Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Current construction industry licences and certifications (e.g. white card, driver’s licence; VOC is preferred but not essential). What we offer Competitive salary and bonus structure.
