Procurement & Supply Specialist

Opportunity Troocoo are partnered with a growing resources organisation to recruit a Procurement & Supply Specialist on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is located in Brisbane CBD, with frequent site travel to regional Queensland required. Key Responsibilities Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders and requisitions. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve delivery, quality, or invoice issues. Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotes to support procurement needs. Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Assist with inventory management and stock takes ensuring accurate data is maintained in the ERP system. Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures, and SOPs for supply chain activities. Conduct supply chain and procurement‑related data analysis and develop reports for various stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams to understand their procurement and inventory needs. Skills & Experience Prior experience in a procurement or supply chain focused position. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. Working knowledge of ERP systems with strong Excel skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
