This permanent full‑time position is a key role in our Project Delivery team, focusing on the planning and delivery of renewable energy projects. Job description The Project Manager will be accountable for the strategic planning, execution, and completion of energy projects from inception to successful delivery. The role will mindfully manage budgets, schedules, risks and stakeholder relationships while fostering a culture of safety, transparency, accountability, respect and sustainability. Key responsibilities Oversee and manage end‑to‑end project management processes. Track and report project status on milestones, deliverables, budget forecasts and risks. Manage and track project budget and schedule throughout the project life cycle. Ensure variations to budget, schedule, or scope are managed and approved within agreed delegations. Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to contracts and performance standards. Manage day‑to‑day stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally. Encourage an excellence‑oriented workplace culture aligned with our core values. Qualifications and experience Extensive experience in renewable energy and construction, preferably Battery Energy Storage Systems. Significant experience in multi‑disciplined project management roles. Formal project management qualification preferred. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and communication skills. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred. Permanent full working rights in Australia.
