Your Opportunity Due to our growing presence in the Digital Advisory market and recent large project wins, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Adoption Advisor to be part of our Digital Solutions team in Australia. You will be joining a diverse team of consultants who are passionate about what they do, with a proven track record guiding our clients, and leading delivery of critical infrastructure projects. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Role The Digital Adoption Advisor will connect with clients and stakeholders and encourage the implementation of digital best practices, tools, and methodologies to foster a culture of innovation. This role will identify opportunities for Mott MacDonald to offer its digital capabilities to both internal and external customers to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, add value, and improve user experience. You will: Collaborate with digital leaders and stakeholders to adopt efficient digital solutions. Support the implementation of a digital strategy, focusing on strategic direction, adoption objectives, and key performance indicators. Engage with clients across sectors, driving revenue from digital services within or alongside domain project delivery. Oversee the adoption of digital technologies and processes within opportunities and projects, identifying barriers to adoption and developing strategies to overcome them. About You A bachelor’s degree in technology, business or equivalent qualifications. Strong understanding of digital processes, systems, and their optimisation in a business context. 5-15 years experience in a digital adoption role, preferably in a technology or business development environment. Experience within key industry sectors: transport, energy, water, and defence. Bid/proposal preparation experience. Progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide business improvement or change programmes, operating and influencing effectively across the organisation and within complex contexts. Strategy and management consulting experience desirable.
