Your Opportunity With our growing presence in the Digital Advisory market and recent large project wins, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Adoption Advisor to join our Digital Solutions team in Australia. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide. Role The Digital Adoption Advisor will connect with clients and stakeholders, encouraging the implementation of digital best practices, tools, and methodologies to foster a culture of innovation. The role will identify opportunities for Mott MacDonald to offer its digital capabilities to both internal and external customers, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, adding value, and improving user experience. Collaborate with digital leaders and stakeholders to adopt efficient digital solutions. Support the implementation of a digital strategy, focusing on strategic direction, adoption objectives and key performance indicators. Engage with clients across sectors, driving revenue from digital services within or alongside domain project delivery. Oversee the adoption of digital technologies and processes within opportunities and projects, identifying barriers to adoption and developing strategies to overcome them. About You First‑degree in technology, business or equivalent qualifications. Strong understanding of digital processes, systems and their optimisation in a business context. 5–15 years experience in a digital adoption role, preferably in a technology or business‑development environment. Experience within key industry sectors: transport, energy, water and defence. Bid/proposal preparation experience. Progressive leadership experience in leading cross‑functional teams and enterprise‑wide business improvement or change programmes, operating and influencing effectively across the organisation and within complex contexts. Strategy and management consulting experience desirable.
