About the Role Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our supplier accounts. You’ll handle the full lifecycle of supplier management, from set‑up and verification to payment processing and reconciliation. This position suits a proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys collaborating across departments. What You Will Do Manage supplier set‑ups and perform bank account verifications across all entities. Process invoices and payments in line with approval levels and coding structures. Reconcile supplier statements and aged payables reports accurately and on time. Monitor and resolve exceptions in the CAAPS system. Provide assistance to internal stakeholders with accounts payable queries. Liaise and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure positive outcomes. Support the Finance Manager with reporting and other ad hoc duties as required. What You Will Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume accounts payable role. Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (experience with Pronto XI highly regarded). Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. Strong understanding of supplier set‑up and credit application processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
