Analyse large datasets from mobile and fixed voice/data platforms Benchmark network performance and assess quality of service (QoS) Understand telecom protocols (SIP, Diameter, C7, GTPv2, S1-NAS) for signalling and failure analysis Strong IMS, EPC & Policy knowledge related to VoLTE and VoWiFi including underlying protocols Understanding of VoLTE, VoIP, IMS and Packet core KPIs across the network and best practices Ability to investigate protocol traces and determine root cause for Voice and Data failures Tooling & Automation Skills Experience with Polystar (OSIX and Kalix), Niometrics and Groundhog platforms, probe broker, IXIA or Spirent, Packet analysis, Deep packet inspection Domain‑Specific & Soft Skills Deep telecom domain knowledge (VoLTE, IMS, VoIP, Packet Core, 4G and 5G) Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and executives Lead incident response and problem management initiatives Contribute to strategic planning and service transformation Code in Python, R, SQL for data manipulation and custom visualisation Operate testing tools like TAF, Candella, Sigos, Spectra for fault simulation Use GitLab, Ansible, DNA for CI/CD and configuration drift detection #J-18808-Ljbffr
