LITTLE RIVA is a brand-new beachside café and we've really hit the ground running So much so, that we are now on the hunt for another experienced and passionate Barista Located in Turners Beach, LITTLE RIVA serves customers specialty coffee, paddock to plate food and genuine hospitality in an elegant coastal setting. Whether it's an early morning espresso or a leisurely afternoon flat white, we aim to deliver consistently excellent service to both locals and visitors alike. About the Role As one of our lead baristas, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering high-quality coffee and customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a passionate team and help shape the identity of a new local venue. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks to a high standard Taking customer orders with a friendly, welcoming attitude Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station Work collaboratively with others to ensure smooth service What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment Reliability, punctuality and the ability to stay calm under pressure Availability on weekends and public holidays A positive attitude and a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality What We Offer A beautiful beachside location with a friendly and supportive team Opportunities for growth and development as the café expands A chance to be part of an exciting new hospitality venture If you're passionate about coffee, take pride in great service and love the idea of working by the beach then we’d love to hear from you.
