Our services include physiotherapy, exercise physiology, podiatry, remedial massage, and hydrotherapy, giving you exposure to a wide variety of clients and referral pathways. Our specialisations include Sports Injuries & Performance, Women's Health, Headaches & Migraine's, TMJ Pain, Paediatrics & Vestibular Physiotherapy. Here's what you can expect: Training Our Clinical Training Program, has been developed from scratch by our director team. It begins with our Intensive Orientation Program , a program that is designed to prepare you as fully as possible before you treat your first client. If you are a new graduate, you won't treat a single patient before going through your Orientation, and even when you do, you'll start with all 60‑minute appointments, gradually transitioning to 30‑minute reviews as you gain confidence and expertise. During your first two years, your in‑house PD continues every week including: Weekly group Clinical Training and Practical Skills Sessions Weekly 1x1 Mentoring Sessions Weekly Physio Team In‑Services From your third year onward, training shifts to fortnightly sessions focused on staying up to date with best‑practice, condition‑based rehabilitation, and advancing through our Specialty Pathways for those interested in specialising. On top of this, you will also receive an annual $1000 allowance for external courses of your choice. In your first year as a new grad, you'll receive a stable base salary to support your learning journey as you build your client base. This salary will always stay in place & consistently increase in line with our Award, ensuring your financial security. No dubious commission‑only schemes here After your first year, you will receive an additional Bonus Incentive Scheme, allowing you to earn a portion of each client's fee on top of your salary. This incentive grows annually over a five‑year period, ensuring that your income scales with your experience. Upon reaching the seven‑year mark, you can apply to receive the esteemed title of Senior Physiotherapist, unlocking even more loyalty benefits. We'll delve into these perks during your interview, but suffice it to say, this opportunity is nothing short of extraordinary THE MUST‑HAVES To embark on this opportunity, you must: Be passionate about developing a career in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Embrace our client‑centred approach to care and commit to ongoing training & mentoring for at least 3 years. Uphold our core values and contribute positively to our team culture. Be willing to work regular set hours from Tuesday to Saturday morning. Excel (or aspire to excel) in effective communication and rapport‑building with patients and referrers. Hold current Australian Physiotherapy Registration with AHPRA and maintain current indemnity insurance (prior to commencement). Hold permanent residency status in Australia.
