Area Quality Manager Build and manage a team of Domestic Assistants / Cleaners / Home Maintenance Specialists across Queensland to provide industry leading and client focused service to the Home Care sector. In particular, our technology provides differentiation for our partners and will support you in your role. About the Role Our purpose is to help elderly people stay independent in their own homes. As we further expand our Queensland operations, we are seeking a passionate individual to lead our amazing team of people in this hands‑on role. Genuinely wants to help the elderly. Has experience in the home care sector, cleaning sector, or home maintenance section can demonstrate a track record of outstanding service implementation, skills and delivery. Can build, lead, manage and develop a team of Domestic Assistants and Home Maintenance Specialists. Has good people skills and can engage easily and tactfully with our partners and their clients. Is solutions-focused and well organized. Track record of managing workplace, health and safety and risk management. Is willing to be hands-on as you will be required to cover at times for the team where needed and complete Domestic Assistance activities (basic house cleaning, changing bed linen, washing clothes, dishes etc) or home maintenance services (gardening, pressure washing, handyman, professional window cleaning). Is willing to travel between Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Tech savvy and is keen to learn and use our platform. Has a current Australian Driver's License. Has a current police check. Has current NDIS Check. Fully funded company vehicle (hybrid SUV) for work purposes. Empowered to manage operations and your own schedule (operations are Monday to Friday only). Flexible working balance, being able to spend time working from home and in market. Career progression within a company already growing quickly. Part of a positive and energetic team.
