To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full time: Sales Support/Order Processing Role As part of our sales support team you are working closely with our sales team and will play a fundamental part in making sure incoming orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner. With your natural ability and strong communication skills, you will establish a good rapport with our customers. You are always customer-orientated and enjoy dealing with people. We employ flat hierarchies and promote open, direct communication Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Taking on all order-related tasks from the acceptance, creation and recording of customer orders to the further monitoring of the order and delivery status in the merchandise management system Follow up on order delivery Responsibility for the smooth processing of orders and handover to order dispatch Contact person for our customers on all order-related topics Co-operation with relevant internal interfaces, e.g. accounting, scheduling and logistics Customer correspondence by e-mail and telephone Understand customer needs and requirements General sales processing and administration To be successful in the role you will have: Minimum 2 years of proven sales support/order processing experience Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Excellent customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven sales environment Strong MS Office suite skills Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage PV industry experience is an advantage Right to work in Australia is a must have We are looking for a dedicated and bright team member, who is seeking a long-term stable career opportunity.
