This role is hands‑on and focused on delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with government standards and supporting critical service delivery. Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Omnistudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Build and enhance user interfaces, business logic, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and testers to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with business requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Support testing, deployment, and release management using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure compliance with government security, privacy, and accessibility standards. Maintain clear, concise technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Selection Criteria Max 5000 characters total in one‑page pitch (individual responses not required) Essential Criteria Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise or government environments (PSS). Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools. Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Desirable Criteria Experience working within a Platform Engineering or enterprise technology team. Familiarity with government digital service standards and compliance frameworks. Exposure to DevSecOps practices and tooling in a Salesforce environment.
