Now Hiring: Senior Salesforce Developer Employment: Permanent Role Experience: 7+ years Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders). Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Build and maintain custom Lightning Components using AURA and Lightning Web Components (LWC) (if applicable). Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in multi‑cloud, integrated Salesforce ecosystems. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and adhere to Salesforce development best practices. Support ongoing enhancement and maintenance activities, ensuring system stability and performance. Collaborate with administrators, functional consultants, and business teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce CRM development experience. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation and customization. Advanced proficiency with AURA Components , Lightning Component Framework , and Apex development. Proven experience troubleshooting and debugging complex Salesforce issues. Background in enhancement, support, and continuous improvement projects. Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, integrations, and best practices.
