Introducing Mindplace, a part of Bupa. About the Role As a Child Psychologist at Mindplace, you’ll be a pivotal part of our team, shaping the future of mental health services with Bupa. This role is a patient‑facing clinical position where you will be seeing Bupa customers and others who wish to utilise the Bupa services. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence‑based therapies Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework This is a permanent part‑time position for 3 days per week (0.6 FTE). This role will be based at our new centre in Sydney and we’re due to open doors in the new year. Further to our current locations, there is future growth as we work towards our goal of 60 Mindplace clinics nationally, ensuring the access to support throughout Australia. General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care. 5+ years of recent clinical experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services.
