This is a permanent leadership role responsible for managing complex integration projects end-to-end, including planning, financial control, supplier management, and process improvements. Acting as second-in-charge to the Operations General Manager, you'll lead teams, oversee delivery, and ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets. Our client is a leading technology solutions provider delivering innovative traffic enforcement and safety systems. They are known for combining advanced technology with robust project delivery, ensuring safer roads and streamlined operations across Australia. Description Deliver projects end-to-end with accountability for time, cost, and quality outcomes. Manage project activities, including client interface, financial forecasting and control, scheduling, status reporting, procurement, and subcontractor management. Lead and supervise teams, providing hands‑on support where required. Oversee project administration, ensuring systems and databases (e.g., Hardcat) are accurate and up to date. Create and maintain project documentation and implement improvements to business‑critical processes and workflows. Act as second‑in‑charge to the Operations General Manager, supporting leadership and operational decision‑making. Profile Strong communication skills – excellent verbal and written ability with attention to detail. Extensive project management knowledge, including principles, change management strategies, and embedding change for improved business outcomes. Highly organised and time‑efficient, able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Technical aptitude – comfortable learning new systems and applications. Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Google Drive applications. Tertiary qualification in Business Administration and/or Project Management. High‑level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and business process management tools. Willingness to undergo technical training on company equipment.
