Junior Producer

Join to apply for the Junior Producer role at Seed Heritage As the Junior Producer, you will manage the end-to-end production of Seed Heritage Women’s apparel, accessories, and Menswear e-commerce shoots. You’ll ensure every product is captured accurately, styled correctly, and delivered on time across all digital channels. Working closely with our Digital, Product and Creative teams, you’ll play a key part in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality visual content that reflects the Seed brand. The Role Work with the Product team to secure and track all required samples, ensuring kits are accurately reconciled. Prepare shot lists and styling guideline documents, including Women’s accessories. Communicate product changes or cancellations to Studio and Digital teams. Check product and ‘on body’ contact sheets for correct styling, imagery and product codes. Collaborate with the Group Studio Manager on product quantities, shoot days and monthly motion editing approvals. Send approved ‘on body’ images to the videographer for colour grading. Provide final shot lists to support smooth shoot execution and complete associated admin tasks. Assist across all areas of the shoot, ensuring all product is marked, accurate and ready to be photographed. Track talent measurements for the Copywriter and support stylists with required samples. Relay retouching notes to the Photography team and track image delivery. Upload assets across Web Res, White Background, Myer and David Jones. Liaise with Retouching on feedback and required updates. Manage late product, reshoots and ‘Slow Mover’ imagery. Upload all imagery to OneDrive and review ‘New Arrivals’ online, making updates where required. Pack down Women’s apparel samples and return Menswear samples at the completion of each range month. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. Ideal Candidate 1+ year experience in an e-commerce fashion production or styling role. Understanding of the end-to-end product photography process. Experience in a fashion or retail e-commerce photography/studio environment. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Exceptional time management skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. A positive, proactive problem solver with a can‑do attitude. Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a creative team. Strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders. A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design, Styling, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Media/Communications, Advertising or similar field will be highly regarded, but not essential.
