We want a Senior Producer who can still shoot a killer TikTok on the fly, while mentoring junior producers into creative weapons. You’ll run production across clients, lead shoots, push taste, and set the pace for everything we release. You’re here to kill boring dead and train others to do the same. What You’ll Do Creative Direction Guide the creative output of in-house and freelance producers Make sure every piece hits the brief and hits different Make fast calls. Taste leads the way Concept, direct, and shoot social-native content built for FOMO Lead shoots with confidence, speed, and resourcefulness Jump in with your phone when speed beats polish Coach junior producers on structuring creative chaos Edit in CapCut, Adobe, or by sheer force of will Review and approve edits with ruthless clarity Push boundaries while staying true to the KBD vibe Lead the content team like a healthy cult Be the person producers come to for approvals, advice, or the kind of emotional damage that improves the work Strategic Input Bring platform-native ideas that support strategy Work with social, paid, and UGC teams to align hooks with performance Join shoots, brainstorms, and vibe sessions like you mean it You, If We Had to Guess Part producer, part creative director, part unlicensed therapist You know when to ship and when to burn You’ve mentored producers before You speak fluent TikTok, CapCut, and controlled chaos You can lead shoots, edit fast, direct people, and turn briefs into content gold You’ve got a portfolio that proves all this What This Isn’t A “make the CEO happy” job A role for someone still deciding if they like a fast pace A place where you hide behind three rounds of feedback Warning If you’re trying to “step up” into senior, this isn’t it.
