What you'll do Prep financials, tax returns and BAS for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals. Get into tax planning, structures and business advisory. Talk to clients directly, explain the “why” behind the numbers and help them make decisions. Suggest better processes, trial new tools and help shape how the firm works as it grows. What We're Looking For Solid taxation law and accounting compliance knowledge in a public practice setting Proficiency with Xero, Microsoft Office, and openness to new digital tools Minimum 3-5 years of Australian public practice experience is required Currently living locally Accounting degreee and CA/CPA qualification or commitment to continuous professional development Positive, collaborative, and committed to a friendly, drama‑free workplace Please note: Applicants without current public practice experience need not apply.
