The Role & The Team We’re seeking an Operational Efficiency Coordinator to help us transform the way we operate. This role plays a key part in shaping improvements that keep Australia’s aviation industry safe and efficient. Support deep dives into business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with designing and documenting workflows that have real impact, while contributing to Operational Efficiency team activities. Collaborate across the organisation to streamline operations, primarily within finance and other strategic initiatives. Contribute to change management and technology integration projects. Assist with data analysis, management reporting, and preparing presentations. Qualifications Experience in business operations or process improvement. Skills in process design, mapping, and documentation. General skills in finance, shared services, projects or similar business environments. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
