Director IS Business Support Division – Business Services Work Type: Fixed Term – Full Time, Permanent – Full Time Location: Fremantle Salary: Level 8, $157,900 – $171,005 pa + Super Closing Date: 22 December 2025 About the Role As Director of Information Services Business Support, you are the high‑level partner to the CIO, leading the implementation of IS business objectives and initiatives. You oversee the coordination of business administration activities, process improvements, ministerial responses (financial and procurement compliance), and the administration of the IS budget and contracting frameworks. You will communicate and liaise between the Directorate’s leadership team and Corporate Executive, managing financial budgeting and reporting, operational performance analysis, ministerial workflows, and overall workforce management. Responsibilities Lead and provide resources, expertise, and guidance to ensure the Directorate’s compliance with departmental and public‑sector policy for resource acquisition, IS contracts, and procurement in a complex environment of change. Liaise, consult, and collaborate with senior managers to coordinate the provision of financial analysis to achieve the Directorate’s objectives, policies, compliance and procedures. Provide expert advice and management to IS senior management on budget framing, projects, associated cash flows, and facilitate supporting accounting and financial reporting. Coordinate the administration of the IS budget, contracting frameworks, and analysis & reporting on service delivery. Lead the provision of ministerial responses and ensure compliance with financial and procurement standards.
