The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our thriving White Collar Temporary Recruitment team. Based in our Brisbane CBD office you will have day one access to our established client base giving you the tools to bill immediately whilst continuing to grow your portfolio through active business development. This is a hands on candidate and client-facing role with live jobs to fill and plenty of scope to fine tune your craft. Recruiting across on a broad range of white-collar professional roles you will deliver exceptional end to end temp and contract talent solutions while focusing on building your client base. What you will bring If you are an experienced agency-based Recruiter with 1-2 years experience working in a 360-degree role - we want to hear from you Prior exposure to specialising within white collar professional disciplines such as business support financial services marketing IT support and legal services will be highly regarded. You will bring a people-first mindset when it comes to developing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates continually growing your portfolio through outstanding service delivery and proactive business development. Why Join Synergie Hybrid working environment Warm desk with live jobs and plenty of opportunity to grow Competitive base salary and un capped quarterly commission scheme Career development and promotion pathways Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture High-performance inclusive and collaborative work environment Recognition and reward for your contributions through individual and team incentives Key Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across white-collar sectors Source screen and interview high-calibre candidates using multiple channels Deliver tailored recruitment solutions and market insights to clients Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end placement process Drive business development through networking referrals and lead generation Maintain accurate CRM / ATS records and ensure compliance Stay up to date with market trends and salary benchmarking Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance administration Collaborate with your team to meet daily weekly and monthly targets What We’re Looking For Minimum 1-2 years experience in white collar agency recruitment running a temp desk Strong record of achieving placement targets and growing your portfolio Excellent communication and presentation skills A driven goal-oriented mindset Team player who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment Working collaboratively with all business stakeholders Actively engage with and support candidates Strong relationship building and consultative sales skills How to apply If you are ready to take the next step and join a national company with a fun office in Brisbane’s CBD we want to hear from you.
