We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Environmental Engineer / Scientist to joinour growing Petroleum team to take on a central role in delivering a national program. Managing large projects, from inception to completion. Acting as the primary client contact, developing strong relationships, and ensuring Resolve’s standards of excellence are met. Coordinating and overseeing fieldwork programs, ensuring teams are fully prepared and supported. Supervising and mentoring junior staff in fieldwork, report writing, and proposal development. Coordinating preferred sub-contractors to achieve project outcomes. About You You’re a skilled professional who has experience in delivering turn‑key environmental solutions across Australia to Petroleum clients, demonstrated Health and Safety excellence, and a high‑level ability to write and review detailed reports. Key Skills and Attributes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and client relationship skills Leads by example on health and safety requirements as well as experience in health and safety reporting and management Excellent time management and organisational skills Tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience, with specialist experience in the Petroleum Sector. Detailed understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions. Why Resolve?
