The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Civils Manager to lead and oversee multiple civil and ground engineering projects across Australia. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, client engagement, and team development. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining PCA’s high standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate civil construction projects from planning to completion Lead and mentor supervisors and site teams to achieve performance targets Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and cost control Build and maintain strong client relationships Drive continuous improvement and innovation across projects Demonstrate strong commercial awareness to optimize project profitability and manage risk Requirements Extensive experience in civil construction and project management Proven leadership in managing large teams and complex projects Construction Industry Induction Card Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills Ability to work away from home when required Highly Regarded Advanced leadership and people management skills Knowledge of ground engineering and piling techniques Project management background What PCA Offers Attractive and negotiable remuneration package Career progression and leadership development opportunities External training and certifications Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and tools provided A strong focus on safety and work-life balance Exciting projects in prime Australian locations How to Apply If you believe you’re the right fit for this role, please submit your CV via Seek or email us at **********@pcagroundeng.com.au.
