Overview We\'re looking for a kitchen leader to oversee daily operations, deliver high-volume, quality meals, and guide a local team in Galiwinku. Role Overview You will play a pivotal role in the successful operation of ALPA’s Myalk Kitchen Café in Galiwinku. This position will ensure the delivery of high-quality, high volume food orders as well as manage local team members. You will be someone who has experience in food preparation and the ability to manage a busy kitchen with a high volume of food orders. What you will do Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and plating Maintain a clean and well-stocked kitchen Ensure compliance with food health and safety Monitor inventory levels Train and supervise local staff members in the kitchen Location This position is based in Galiwinku, NT. What We Offer Salary packaging with additional meal and entertainment options. Shared accommodation with all utility bills included. 7 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading. 14% superannuation. 2 return flights per year to Darwin to utilize leave. Relocation assistance.
